Welcome to eCornerstone

eCornerstone is a statewide management information system that currently supports various youth services and juvenile justice programs, as well as the Teen REACH program, within the Illinois Department of Human Services' Division of Community Health and Prevention.

First implemented in 1997 as "Cornerstone", the original DOS-based system was developed to integrate community-based maternal and child health services provided to Illinois Department of Human Services' customers and to report their health outcomes. Bringing Cornerstone into the 21st century is now a critical objective of the Department of Human Services. More information about this exciting endeavor can be found on the About page.
